Patients of Dr. Northway are likely familiar with Pam. She’s worked with him since 1986, making her the unofficial “den mother” of the group. From her experience, she knows that most patients have at least some level of nervousness about being at the dentist. Pam says she often congratulates new patients on just making it to the chair. “Even if we don’t get a lot done in that first visit,” says Pam, “we can at least start to build a relationship. I want them to know I’ll take care of them as I would my own family or friends.”
Pam enjoys the emphasis on education at Northway Family Dentistry. “This is an office where I’m pushed to stay on the top of the profession,” says Pam. “Dr. Northway always encourages continuing education classes—he wants his staff to be well-educated.”
Pam and her husband live in Hudsonville. She has two daughters, one of whom is in college. She enjoys creative arts and photography, and in the summer she likes boating and camping with her family.
